Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided when creating an account or contacting us.

Account & Profile Data: Profile photos, user preferences, and saved listings associated with your account.

Financial Information: Payment details collected from real estate agents and brokers who subscribe to Riva's paid tiers. Payment processing is handled by a third-party processor (Stripe) and we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage & Interaction Data: Listings you view, save, and interact with; search inputs including city, state, or zip code; and how you navigate the app. This data powers your personalized feed and helps us improve the product.

Messages: Content of in-app messages between buyers, sellers, and agents.

Identifiers: User account IDs and device identifiers used to maintain your session and deliver the app experience.

Diagnostics: Crash reports and performance data used to identify and fix technical issues. This data is not linked to your identity.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and maintain your account
  • Personalize your listing feed based on your search inputs and in-app behavior
  • Facilitate messaging between buyers, sellers, and agents
  • Process agent subscription payments
  • Send account-related notifications and updates
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our platform
